Explore the entire valley and its fauna and flora on a shared or private guided hike to Cidade Velha with transportation from Praia.

Explore one of Santiago Island’s most important trails while immersed in nature. You will admire the biggest and oldest baobab tree in Cape Verde which is 400 yeas old. You will also walk through farming areas and discover how locals deal with their simple daily life. You will learn how we produce grogue which is the national drink of Cape Verde.

Learn the history of slavery at the former slave market in Pillory.

First of all I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Thank you!
